Omaha .NET User Group October Meeting
Fellow .NET users,
It's time for the next .NET UG meeting. We only have two meetings left in 2021, so let's finish strong! Also, for those of you interested in sponsoring the .NET UG in 2022, be on the lookout for details coming in the next week or two.
We're running a little behind this month, so the next .NET UG meeting will take place on Thursday, November 4th, starting at 6:00 PM. We're back to in-person for this meeting, so make sure to join us for some food, refreshments, and a little networking beforehand! Our sponsor, FCSA, will be serving food 15-20 minutes before the meeting starts. If you're attending in person, please make sure to RSVP so we know how much food to bring. If you plan to attend virtually, there is no need to RSVP.
Host:Farm Credit Services of America
5015 S 118th St, Omaha, NE 68137
If you're not comfortable attending in person, you can join us virtually on Teams
We'll also be streaming on YouTube: https://youtu.be/K2b5kgybWRM

Multi-stage YAML Pipelines with Azure DevOps by Vaibhav Gujral
Azure Pipelines supports continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) to constantly and consistently test and build code and ship it to any target. It can be accomplished by defining a pipeline using YAML syntax or through the user interface (Classic). In this talk, Vaibhav will talk about what YAML is and the benefits YAML brings in over the classic UI based pipelines. He will then talk about how to build multi-stage pipelines using YAML in Azure DevOps using stages, jobs, tasks, dependencies, and conditions.
