Fellow .NET Users,

I have a couple of things to mention before we get to the meeting announcement for April. First, my friend George Nelson asked me to let this group know about a meetup that might be of interest. The Omaha Software and Testing Group is talking about LQD, which is an interesting take on quality in software development. Checkout their meetup to learn more.

Second, the Nebraska Code Camp is coming to Omaha and it's happening on May 28th! If you're interesting in coding, this is the place for you! Check it out at: https://nebraskacode.amegala.com/.

Finally, the next installment of the Omaha .NET User's Group will take place on Thursday, April 26th, starting at 6:00 PM. Food and drink will be served by our sponsor starting 15-20 minutes before the meeting takes place.

After the meeting, we will again be meeting at Local Beer, Patio, and Kitchen in Millard (4909 S 135th St #113) for drinks and appetizers provider by our friends at Harbinger Partners!

Sponsor:
LyncStream

LyncStream is a solution based consulting company based in Omaha NE. Working with a variety of clients, we’ve identified one common barrier they all share: the challenge of being able to leverage technology to accelerate growth and automate business processes. We have found four primary areas where businesses are challenged to leverage technology:

  • Deficiency in obtaining qualified technical resources
  • Inability to ramp up or ramp down according to project needs
  • Understanding how software could improve business processes
  • Understanding how to implement custom software

We’ve addressed these concerns and more with our solution platforms:

  • The Developer Cloud. A team of full-stack developers, based right here in the US, which you can leverage on demand
  • Consulting Resources. We provide high-caliber on-site software engineers focused on full-stack .NET, Mobile and JavaScript development.
  • Custom Software Development. We develop technology solutions tailored to fit your business’ precise needs.
