Come listen to Rob talk about the importance of data in an organization and see of the tools that they are making use of; from standard tools like Excel to new mapping technologies from Bing and Microsoft partner IDV Solutions; Home Instead is even planning deployment of their new data warehouse on SQL Server Denali. This will be a look at BI in industry and the critical place that it has in business decisions from an executive point of view. We will touch on high level topics that include master data management, developing company strategy, while also touching on technologies and the importance of finding good partners for implementation. The last time Rob talked with this group he asked the question, “Why aren’t more of you focusing on BI?” If you ask this question of yourself and your company, please come and hear Rob out. **Bio: ** As vice president of technology at Home Instead, Inc., Rob Shradar ensures that all operations and support for the company's internal and external clients are operating optimally, while delivering innovation and value to enable the network to widen its lead in the industry. Rob joined Home Instead in April 2010 and comes to us from Microsoft, where he worked in software and services sales for three years, spending the majority of that time working with customers regarding Microsoft’s Business Intelligence capabilities. Prior to that Rob spent several years focusing on data within organizations and the value that it brings to not only running a business day to day, but helping to develop a company’s overarching strategy.
