Fellow .Net Users, I hope everyone is able to stay cool during this July heat wave.  I wanted to make sure to pass along the download link from our last meeting on mobile security.  You can find the slides here: http://www.omahamtg.com/Downloads/June%202011%20-%20.Net%20UG%20meeting%20-%20Mobile%20Security.zip Our next .NET Users Group meeting will be held on Thursday, July 28th, at 6:00pm (food will be provided 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start of the meeting).  This meeting is a continuation from our May meeting with Chad Michel where he introduced us to some very intriguing architectural patterns that we can use in our .Net code.  For this month’s meeting, Chad will expand upon this topic and dive into how his techniques can be used more effectively.  You won’t want to miss this meeting! **Meeting Details: ** Location:

After college, he worked for STI, MindVision/eSellerate/DigitalRiver, and Internap before ending up at Don't Panic Labs. Chad passionately argues for improving our software development process. He wants better software, more accurate time limes and easier to maintain solutions. Chad is a life-long Nebraskan. He grew up in rural Nebraska and now lives in Lincoln. Chad and his wife have a son and daughter. Topic:

Kick Ass WCF Library WCF is a great technology for implementing a Service Oriented Architecture,  but the configuration choices and overhead of using WCF is a lot for programmers to deal with on a daily basis. In this session we will learn how to wrap up the complexities of WCF into a single helper library. With this library calling WCF servers will be as easy as programming against a contract, aka you won’t even know you are using WCF. ** Food, Giveaways, Great Information:**  Definitely! Sponsor:
